Victor Marshall (D.Min.) has conducted Biblical Prophecy lectures in 6 different states over the span of 38 years. The story of his dramatic conversion from the New Age movement to Christianity can be found in Master Book’s, “Persuaded by the Evidence: True Stories of Faith, Science, & the Power of a Creator.” (3rd printing). Chaplain Marshall’s primary vocation over the last 27 years has been full-time state employed prison chaplain in 7 different prisons in 2 different states. Recently retired from state service, he has decided to devote his time more fully to the proclamation and study of God’s prophetic Word. Dr. Marshall’s Christ-centered multi-media presentations remove the mystery surrounding the Bible’s prophecies – as well as uplifting Jesus as the heart of their message.
